DAY 1

SKIN CARE / BEAUTY THERAPY: 10am – 12noon

This covers an analysis of your skin type and advises the correct use of skin care products including cleansers, toners, masks and moisturisers. Personal hygiene suggestions, manicure and pedicure tips are also included.

MAKE-UP APPLICATION: 1 – 3pm

Some of the students in this class may not be of the age to wear make-up but this lecture is a practical approach designed to teach you the correct application of make-up including highlighting, contouring and colouring.

DAY 2

BODY IMAGE AND A HEALTHY DIET: 10 – 11.30am

Our lecturer will discuss healthy eating for a healthy body and suggest ways to improve body image attitudes. Some great exercises to tone and strengthen will also be practised.

DEPORTMENT 11.30 – 12noon

These lectures teach the art of good posture, the nationally approved modelling turns and the development of a stylish mode of walk on the runway.

ETIQUETTE: 1 – 2.30pm

This subject covers modern day manners for social and professional situations.

DEPORTMENT 2 2.30 – 3pm

DAY 3

VOICE PRODUCTION: 10 – 12.00PM

This lecture covers the art of conversation as well as developing a sound knowledge of good speech patterns. Radio and television scripts will be utilized to assist you with your vocal confidence.

PERSONALITY & CONFIDENCE: 1 – 3pm

Learn to believe in your own abilities, ways of communicating with others and maintaining a positive attitude throughout your life. Job interview preparation is also discussed.

DAY 4

PHOTOGRAPHIC SHOOT

This lecture is given by one of Adelaide’s leading photographers. Learn how to pose confidently in front of the camera in preparation for fashion and still photographic assignments and discover the many aspects of the new you.

HAIR AND MAKE-UP PREPARATION 10 – 12noon
